Building on our heritage, we continue to celebrate the harmony between Peruvian and Chinese traditions that define our Chino-Latino cuisine. As a long-standing restaurant in NYC, we take pride in signature dishes such as Lomo Saltado, Pollo a la Brasa, Tallarin Verde, Arroz Chaufa, and Seafood in Garlic Sauce, each prepared with care and rooted in the flavors that have shaped us since 1977.
